System hair behaves differently from your own. It has no scalp feeding it and no growth direction that springs back on its own. The right care makes the difference between three months and six.

Two to three times a week. Daily washing is not necessary and weakens the bond. After sport you can rinse the system with lukewarm water, without shampoo.
Which products
Many supermarket products contain sulphates such as SLS and SLES, which attack the adhesive. If you do not use our products, look for sulphate-free formulas and mild surfactants.
Drying and styling
Blow dry on medium heat, never hot, and never directly on the knots. Work products in with your fingers rather than brushing them through.
Shelf life
Unopened, 24 months. Once opened, 12 months for shampoo and conditioner, 6 months for adhesives.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within the statutory period. Opened care products are excluded for hygiene reasons.
The bond
Adhesive and tape both hold for different lengths of time, depending on skin, sweat and how you wear it. Which one suits you is something we work out together in the consultation.
Sensitive scalp
Some adhesives can irritate. If you have had reactions to plasters or cosmetics, tell us at the consultation and we look at alternatives together.
