By appointment only
We work by appointment, without walk-ins. Every appointment belongs to one customer alone, in a separate consultation room. Nobody else is in the room, and nobody sits in a waiting area.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
What to bring
Nothing. Come as you are. If you already wear a system, bring it, we will look at it with you.
If you already have a system
We service systems we did not sell. Full service, swap, quick change or a fresh cut. You do not need to become a customer for that.
Finding the studio
The studio is in the Ankerbrotfabrik in Vienna's tenth district, Absberggasse 27, staircase 9, sixth floor. From October 2026 we move to Rüdigergasse 3 in the fifth district. Both are reachable by public transport.
What happens after you book
You receive a confirmation with the full address. The appointment is yours alone; you will not sit in a waiting area or meet other customers.
