The base
The film lies so close to the scalp that the transition is invisible from ten centimetres. Because it is transparent, the scalp shows through, which is what makes the hairline convincing.
Knotless hair
The hair is drawn through the film rather than knotted onto it. That means no visible knots at the hairline, which is the single most common reason systems are recognised.
Who it suits
Most men, especially for a first system. It gives the most natural result of the three bases.
The trade-off
The film is the least forgiving material. It tolerates less rough handling than lace or French lace, and it needs a careful hand when removing.

How long does a VIENNA last?
Three to four months with normal use. The film is the thinnest part of the system and therefore the most delicate, in exchange the hairline is invisible.
Can you see the skin base at the front?
Not from a few centimetres away. The edge tapers off flat and takes on the skin tone. That is what this base is built for.
Is VIENNA suitable for sport?
For regular training yes. If you sweat heavily every day or spend a lot of time in the sauna, the open lace of HOLLYWOOD works better because heat and moisture can escape.
How often does it need to be re-attached?
Usually every two to four weeks, depending on skin and perspiration.
